When should I expect to receive my order?

Orders typically ship in 24-48 hours. Once shipped, we’ll send you an email notification with the tracking number. Delivery dates depend on your location. All rugs are shipped from our showroom in Berkeley, CA.

How do I update my shipping address or adjust my order?

If you just placed your order and realized your shipping address has an error, please call us right away. We ship orders in 24-48 hours, so we need to hear from you quickly to make a change.

Can I speak to someone about my order?

We are available 11 AM to 4 PM PST Monday to Saturday. As a family business, we are closed Sundays. We are available by phone, email, and by the chat feature on this website (click on the icon in the lower-right corner of the screen).

Shipping Errors:

If a rug is returned to Zeezbee because the address is incorrect, we’ll contact you to arrange shipping and to ensure you know when to expect your shipment.  The repeat shipping will be paid by the customer.
