What happens if my order is returned to Zeezbee?
If a rug is returned to Zeezbee because the address is incorrect, we’ll contact you to arrange shipping and to ensure you know when to expect your shipment. The repeat shipping will be paid by the customer.

How do I measure my room correctly for a rug?
Good question! When selecting a rug for your home or office, keep in mind that the dimensions given are for the rug itself, and don’t include the fringe.

Should I purchase a rug pad?
We recommend rug pads to keep your rug firmly in place. They are useful on both hard surfaces, like hardwood, concrete, and tile, as well as soft surfaces, like carpet.
Rug pads can be trimmed to fit perfectly under your rug. Here are some tips.

Are the colors on your website accurate?
The rug photos we display have the most accurate color depictions possible, however inconsistencies between device monitors mean that we can not guarantee that the colors you see on this site will not be be somewhat different from the actual product. Additionally, lighting in particular locations can alter the apparent color of rugs and other items. We cannot guarantee color accuracy for the images on the site. If you receive an item that is not the color you expected or need, you may return it according to our return policy.
Can I custom order a rug to get a particular color I want?
Yes, we have workshops we work with directly. Some of our rug designs can be custom ordered with a particular color combination or dimensions. Contact us for more information.
My rug is shedding, is this normal?
It’s normal for some new wool rugs to shed. Depending on the type of wool and where it is being used, it may continue to shed over the span of its lifetime.
Here are some tips to help prevent shedding:
- Lightly vacuum your rug regularly, going with the grain of the pile and not against it
- Do not use the vacuum on the setting closest to the ground
- Use a rug pad to further protect the rug
